Tom and his team were amazing! His responsiveness and punctuality are essentially unheard of when it comes to construction. Every time I texted or called - he responded in minutes! His crew was always on time, if not early and his estimate for the work was pretty reliable. He was also pretty competitively priced for a smaller GC. For us he was on the higher end of the estimates, but he made me a believer in you get what you pay for. A friend in real estate came by after the work was done and noted - the immaculate quality of work and that it must have been done by the Irish! All in all - if I ever have something else that needs to be done - I'd call Tom in a heartbeat - just hopeful that he has time given how busy construction is right now.

O'Conaire Construction (Tom) is great. I've used him for several projects first starting with a small exterior siding project working up to a full kitchen remodel (see pictures). In total I've contracted over $200K+ of work with Tom. Tom is reliable and trustworthy and has always been responsive to my calls and questions. As an example of his integrity, I know of at least two projects he recently turned down one because he felt the approach the homeowner was suggesting would only offer a short-term solution and wasn't appropriate; the other was a complicated structural issue that he felt a specialist would best meet the clients needs. I've called Tom with a plumbing emergency and he's gotten a plumber to my house within hours and has a great network specialists. Tom's my go-to contractor who I fully trust and know will always do a great job and stand behind his work - highly recommended.

Any remodeling and construction project has the potential to be bigger than originally thought. This company does all its work with integrity, cleanliness, and the homeowner in mind. The company stands behind its work and using the latest in technique etc. We are always happy with the calibre and f the work

Tom and his crew were very professional, friendly, responsive and eager to get the job done right. Tom made a point to consult with us on a daily basis to make sure we were all on the same page. The crew cleaned up the space at the end of each day. We felt the price was fair. We are very happy with the end result of our bathroom and we would definitely use O'Conaire Construction on our next remodel project.

The doors were installed perfectly and look great.
