The 2 guys were on time, they came in asked what I needed done and offered the best service. They were friendly and they were efficient. The floor was dry within a couple of hours, which is the complaint I've had from other companies. My husband was pleased and that is saying something as he always finds something wrong. We will definately use them again and recommend them to others.

Spoke with Mike who I thought was the owner and he gave me an estimate over the phone. I insisted on a personal estimate as the rugs were old and hadn't been cleaned in many years. Carlos came at the appointed time for the estimate and was clearly disappointed and surprised that he came to do an estimate, not the actual cleaning. The estimate from Carlos was more than what I was quoted by Mike and did not include one area rug. Carlos kept saying not to worry, he'd work out a "deal" with me when he came back to do the actual cleaning. He also tried to up-sell me into having my furniture cleaned at the same time. I called Mike and complained about the estimate being higher. He too said Carlos would work a "deal" when he came back. I set the appointment for Thursday as I had painters in the apartment every day prior to that. Mike called on Wednesday to say that Carlos would be there earlier than originally planned. When I said it was the wrong day, he was adamant that he was right and I was wrong but he would reschedule. New appointment was for Monday at 9 am. Needless to say, we worked late into the night getting furniture moved for the second time and the entire area vacuumed. Mike called early Monday to say that Carlos had a family emergency, was in the ER with his son, and couldn't make it. Could we do it another day? Of course we couldn't as my family was coming the next day. He agreed to get him there as soon as possible but no later than 3 pm. At 3:30 pm I called and he said he was on his way, just finishing up another job (Surprisingly not with his son in the ER.) At 4:00 pm I called again and got no answer. At 4:35 Carlos shows with a sheepish grin and no apologies. He then proceeds to tell me the price is higher than his original estimate and much higher than Mike said. Again I called Mike and he starts ranting about how he has sent his guy out there twice and it was a waste of time if I wasn't willing to pay whatever Carlos said! This is a bait and switch practice from a company that appears to be small and staffed by independent contractors who are paying Mike a fee to funnel them business. Mike is clearly not at the San Francisco address used in his add and called me every time from a 707 area code. At this point I wouldn't have allowed either of them to touch my carpets as I imagined him starting the job and not finishing until I paid more money. Before I could make that point he stalks out of my apartment. Originally I felt bad that my Spanish was not better and perhaps I had misunderstood some of what he said in his broken English but the attitude, making me wait for hours and blatant lies about a "family emergency" made me feel like I was just stupid to have gone this route. Oddly enough we rented a "Rug Doctor" and worked until midnight on the carpets. They came out great and we saved a lot of money. I guess the silver lining of this story is learning we could do it ourselves. Wish we'd thought of that before the drama with Mike and Carlos. They are probably nice guys who are very disorganized, got in a bind and took it out on me but on the surface of this interaction and with no other experience with carpet cleaners, they just appear to be bait and switch professionals. Buyer beware!

The carpet ended up looking very nice. They did what they said they were going to do. The gentleman who came out to do the work had worked for other carpet cleaners in the past and he feels North American Chem Dry's process is better than others. They have a special product that really helps the carpet look good.

Great communication. Very prompt and professional. Handled the job in approximately 60 minutes. Provide us little plastic wraps for our feet. The rug dried overnight.

I have been using them for about 15-20 years. They are very reliable and knowledgeable with that they do and this is why I continue to use them exclusively.

It turned out fine. They were on time for the cleaning. I don?t have anything negative to say about.

It has been a very good experience, and that is why I keep using them. They are here on time. They have frequent specials which I like to get in on. They are always courteous and seem to do a good job. They don't try to sell me all the extra protection. It isn't a hard sale.

I didnt like the whole process of how they clean. They dont use the steam because its healthier for you, but I found that it didnt clean very well.

THIS COMPANY DOES A FANTASTIC JOB. MY CARPETS LOOK JUST BEAUTIFUL! THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY MOVE ALL THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK FOR YOU. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY CAME OUT, SPOT SPRAYED FIRST, & DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD TELL OTHERS TO USE THEM IF THEY NEEDED THEIR CARPETS CLEANED OR THEIR UPHOLSTERY DONE.

I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH AND THE SERVICES RENDERED WERE LOUSY. I FELT THEY WERE FALSELY ADVERTISING, NOTHING THEY SAID WAS TRUE.

THEY USED A SPOT TREATMENT BEFORE THEY CLEANED MY CARPETS. I WAS PLEASED THAT THEY CLEANED MY RUNNERS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. MY CARPETS WERE STEAMED CLEANED. THEY CARPETS WERE NOT WET WHEN THEY LEFT.

I WAS A LITTLE UPSET WITH THE COMPANY BECAUSE THERE ADVERTISEMENT PRICE WAS DIFFERENT THAN THE REAL PRICE THAT THEY CHARGED ME. THEY WERE TO ONLY CHARGE $95.00 INSTEAD THEY CHARGED ME $120.00. THE CARPET CLEANERS THAT CAME OUT DIDNT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE PRICE.

THEY OFFER A QUICK AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE FURNITURE BACK INTO THE ROOM THAT EVENING.
