+ -1 moreWe thought Nevin did a great job. He developed a great rapport with out tenants. The work was great quality, and his guys cleaned up the site nicely every night.

+ 2 moreHe has been very good with older homes. He's very flexible to the situation and seems to be very knowledgeable with these historic homes. He was referred to me through a real estate agent. The quality of work, good communication, his pricing has been good. He doesn't pressure me int o doing anything I don't want to have done. There's nobody else I'd want to talk to about getting work done.
Description of Work: He has done window replacement. I had four windows replaced. He did the Marvin double pane order for me. They were custom wood because its an older house. He painted them and installed them. He's also done the fan in my bathroom, some painting. Pretty much anything I need to get done he and his crew will come in and take care of.
