About us

NERLAND BUILDING & RESTORATION is a Design-Build firm combining design and construction services under one roof to provide full service, seamless remodeling projects-- from kitchen/bathrooms to full house reconstructions. Alex Nerland, owner and founder, received his architect degree from UC Berkeley and his contractor's license shortly thereafter. For every NBR project, the Architect and Contractor are the same person which provides for a less costly, smoother and more seamless process for the entire project.
