Excellent work

Contacted Mr. Alfaro on Friday, 8/18/17 and he came later that day to estimate the job. He quoted a very reasonable price for the amount of work to be done. I thought that the job would cost much more. We set a date and time for him to send his crew to do the job. They arrived on time and worked like demons. Did the work we had asked for and cleaned up after themselves. The job took two men just short of three hours. I thought that the job was underestimated and paid Mr. Alfaro a but more that he had quoted. The price below reflects the amount I paid.

They got there on time and went right to work. When I got home the yard was cleared down to bare soil. It had been cover in weeds over 6ft tall. It is a very large yard about 3000 square ft. I would hire him again any time.

After having gone through a couple of gardeners who either did the very minimal or ones that just didn't show up I was hopeful after reading the reviews here. I scheduled a visit and waited that morning wondering which it would be. I received a text shortly before the scheduled time indicating that he was going to need to reschedule to a few hours later. A text! Jackpot! This guy actually uses technology! So of course, a couple hours was perfectly fine. He arrived, we went through my expectations; explaining that we had a dog and he knew right off about the foxtails and said that he would take them off site and would clear everything out. We scheduled for the next week and while they arrived a bit late (<30m), again, he sent me a text telling me he was running a little behind. They got to work and started plowing through the roughage. He and his team were 'all up in those weeds'. I was seriously impressed as they were pulling out the foxtails on the incline and properly corralling them onto a cloth for disposal. His team put in some hard work clearing this area out. Afterwards, they redistributed the existing mulch and I could not be happier with the quality of work he and his team performed. I've already got him scheduled for regular lawn maintenance monthly.

Went above and beyond what was asked. Very good service for the price. I will use him again for any landscape maintenance needs.

Mr. Alfaro has done yard work for me in the past, most recently a few days ago. He is an excellent gardener who always shows up on time, does a great job and thoroughly cleans up all the debris before he leaves. I have lived in my house for many years and have never had a better gardener.

He is very knowledgeable and cheerful, a pleasure to work with. Neftali was able to call in extra help as needed. I'm looking forward to working with him again. I also appreciated his punctuality, he was early every day. Alice Blaine-LaTerre

Neftali is great. He arrived early for both his estimate appointment and the actual date of the work. He and his crew of two young men were courteous, conscientious and thorough. They cleaned up all of the yard clippings/trimmings and even cleaned up along the pathway between the yard and their pickup truck. I will definitely call him again.

It went really well. They had really great reviews on Angie's List and then the rose above everyone else we had quote the job. They were very punctual and finished the job in a timely manner. They were professional while at our home. We only had one small issue, they had removed some blackberry vines and where they sat on our driveway, we now have some berry-juice stains on the concrete driveway. It looks like this happened because the vines were on the bottom of the brush pile. We have contacted them about this yet am I'm not sure if this is a permanent stain or not.

He did more than the agreed upon services. He hauled away some other big items I had in the basement, and even dug up some juniper roots that were under the dirt.

Because of the steepness of the hill the trimming required some cleverness and creativity to finish the job. They arrived on time, were pleasant to work with, and cleaned up perfectly. They were just wonderful guys!

Neftali and his crew came in and got started immediately on time, I had some yard work done previously last year n wasn't that happy with it but it sufficed. I am disabled and I really needed some help, they had totally flattened n covered this wide tree stump so that it wouldn't grow anymore, it was recently hacked up n cut down by a neighbor who didn't clean up the mess leaving it looking like something from the Blair Witch Project. But basically the yard was revitalized, the tarp n motch was pulled back and all the debris n rocks were raked n cleaned up, leveled and the plastic tarp was pinned into the ground and another load of motch was layered on top of the preexisting motch. A bunch of other little things were done also, great job I'll be getting them to come back. Sorry I forgot the before shots but here's the after.

Everything went smoothly and professionally. Very efficient.and cleaned up nicely.

We met on Friday morning, I explained I had to have it done within the next three days,he agreed to perform service on Monday. His crew arrived at a reasonable time, and went to work. The two man crew spent approximately 4 hours, clearing the jungle, trimming a fig tree and removing the debris. Also, they did some minor landscaping in the front of the house (pulling weeds and trimming the bushes).

I contacted Mr. Alfaro for a clean up of my back yard. It was in terrible shape. He responded promptly with his crew and did a great job, including hauling away all of the debris. I highly recommend him.

He's fine and does a good job. It was a onetime thing and he's supposed to call me back to do maintenance but he hasn't called me yet. He's reasonable and good. He came on time as we talked.

I called Mr. Alfaro and explained that I was looking for a regularly scheduled gardener for landscape maintenance and we scheduled a time for him to come to my home. Mr. Alfaro arrived on time and seemed friendly and courteous. I explained that my gardener moved away from the area and I was looking for another. I told him my previous gardener worked for about 2 to 4 hours every other week. He looked around the property and took my phone number and said he would call me with a quote. I have never heard back from him.

I was in a jam and needed my overgrown front and side yard cleaned-up fast. Neftali responded immediately with an on-site meeting to give me an estimate and schedule the work. The crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job of weeding flower beds, laying down mulch, mowing, and sweeping the driveways. All of the vegetative debris was hauled away. When I got home from work, my yard was immaculate! Also, Neftali can buy mulch in bulk at a reasonable rate.

He does a good job. He is honest, he has a reasonable price, and does the job quietly.

I spoke to neftali on phone, we set up appt for estimate for 8 am April 2. He showed up.exactly on time. I needed cosmetic trimming and weeding and pruning. If I weren't so pre-occupied with other irons in the fire I coulda done a lot of it myself, but I was anxious to get it done well, and neat-looking. So i accepted the estimate, and, just as he had promised on the phone, if I accept the estimate, he will commence to do the job immediately, and that's what they did. Two guys were here for about 4 hours. Do the math! it looks very tidy now.

very fast and good, clean and professional service. They came right on time, only took 1 hour, cleaned up after themselves very well. Very polite and easy going.

After removing all of the ivy and bamboo from the neighbor's yard and the ivy that had engulfed the back of my 2 story house, Neftali and crew dug down about 18" to remove all of the roots so the stuff would not grow back. They did a minor repair to the neighbor's fence. They did an excellent clean-up job and hauled away all of the debris. They worked from 8:15 am until 6:00 pm.

Neftali and his crew arrived punctually and finished the work rapidly. We got 2 other estimates just for the tree removal, and both companies wanted $1,500 for the job. Neftali not only removed the tree, but cleaned our garden of weeds and left the entire backyard spotless. He even hauled away an old sink and other assorted pieces of furniture that were cluttering our backyard. I would not hesitate to recommend Neftali and his crew for any of your general gardening services. In this day and age, it's rare to find efficient and courteous and workers in any field, but Neftali's efficiency and affordable rates make his business outstanding.
