Description of Work: Exterior painting

Description of Work: Front porch-sweep down cob webs and dirt. Skirting-remove latches and handles..caulk needed areas - apply 2 coats Kelly moore's satin exterior pInt. Gutter boards-lightly sand boards, caulk cracks and other needs-apply 2 coats Kelly Moore's semi gloss exterior paint. Wood windows-lightly sand wood trim, fill holes with putty. Prime new metal flashing by front porch. Caulk windows as needed. Apply 2 coats exterior semi gloss enamel. Doors (2) lightly sand doors and door casings. Fully prime with acrylic exterior primer and caulk door casing. Finish coat with semi gloss enamel |Back porch-power wash and bleach porch surface, steps, posts and rails for dirt and mildew. Steps and rails-lightly sand the porch, steps,posts and rails. Fully prime porch ,posts,steps and wood rails. Apply 2 coats semi gloss enamel to wood rails, posts, and step supports. Apply 2 coats porch and deck enamel to porch surface and stairs. |Fence and lattice- dust down fence surface of dirt and cob webs. Tarp off ground and bushes as needed. Apply one coat of Floods CWF to both sides of the fences and lattice. Comments-painter will try to match up paint for back porch steps with front porch trex, and front porch deck skirting with the rest of house(which he did perfectly).
