I would never recommend this company; awful experience.
Description of Work: I ordered several items. I called to see the status of my order on June 27. I was told my item wouldn't be shipped until end of July. I called and canceled my entire order, emailed my cancellation, and received an acknowledgment from the company. They shipped the items. I wrote a letter of complaint and I received a call from Josh, the Sales Manager, and Ken, promising me a full refund for the comedy of errors I had written about. They have not refund the entire amount charged to my credit card and lied or told an untruth to the credit card company when I disputed the charges, saying that I never canceled when I have the cancellation confirmation in writing.
