Master Rooter

Description of Work: They unclogged the kitchen drain that goes through the garage out on the street.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a house in Half Moon Bay and had two problems that were covered by our home policy insurance. They sent out Master Rooter to do the work for a 60. co-pay. The drain in the tub was replaced and a stem in a bathroom faucet was replaced and we were happy. About a month later we decided to remodel our bathroom and needed to replace the connection behind the tub faucet to facilitate a new fitting. We called Master Rooter and again the same tech came out promptly. He gave us a fair quote and said no problem. He asked us to open up the drywall and he would be out after he checked his schedule at home to do the work. The next day came and he never called. We called him and he was very abrupt and said he would call back. Never did. We called again and he said he was busy and would call later. Never did. So, we started to look for another plumber. He never did call or anyway let us know he did not want the job. I would never recommend this company for even a small job at this point. He should have never said he would do the work and then not even so much as call with a reason as to why he decided not to. Very unprofessional.
