Description of Work: EXCELLENT COMPANY!! Adam and his crew were amazing! The work was awhile ago but it was HUGE and so disgusting that the guys said "it was one of the worst residential jobs they've done in a long time!". They could of told me it was an unfixable issue--but they kept on and on until it was resolved. Then they cleaned up my garage--which was a gargantuan project in itself! I would use/recommend them anytime. Thanks for making my home smell--well--just fine!

Description of Work: They had to come out on an emergency basis to try to clear a roof drain that was clogged and backing up into my house. Access to the roof is kind of tricky and they had to go back to the shop to get the right ladder. Once they got access they went right to work. Unfortunately the first effort failed and they had to come back the next day with a bigger crew to locate the affected pipes within the walls. They did a good job minimizing the damage accessing the pipe. They fixed the problem and added an access valve that will make any future issues much easier to deal with. There prices seem on par with competitors. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They were hired to replace a kitchen faucet and fix a leak in the bathtub (stopper wasn't holding water in the tub). They replaced the faucet and told me the bathtub stopper was working fine when putting one inch of water in the tub for 5 minutes. I told them we needed to fill the tub higher and within 5-10 minutes it would be obvious. They refused. Spending ~$260 to replace a simple faucet is exorbitant and the fact that they refused to complete the job was ridiculous. The plumber also scratched the kitchen floor by the sink where he was working and didn't say anything about it - pretty sure that's why he was in such a hurry to leave. Description of Work: This is not the first time I've used Magic Plumbing thanks to listing and reviews from Angies List. As with my past experiences, I find Magic Plumbing to be completely fair and trustworthy. Excellent job at a fair price!

The plumber was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly - and provided excellent advice about improvements that could be made to prevent back-flow when filling our pool or spa. This was a great deal.
