Description of Work: The guy was very nice. He explained to me what he was doing. My beef with this company is that I asked them for an estimate on doing a large project. The plumber who did the work said that it was something that they could do. He said that he would pass the information on-- and I heard him tell his supervisor about it. I called a couple of days later to ask about that work. Heard nothing back. I called a couple of weeks later. Was told that the plumber would have to do something about it. I have heard nothing back from them. Obviously, I will work with someone else for this additional work.

Description of Work: Cleaned the sewage drain from the house to the city main line, and cleaned the sewage line from the street into my house to free a clog. |He was diligent, patient, and thorough. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I asked them to contact my tenant to clear a blocked drain in the shower. They did that and took care of the problem I didn't even have to do anything else. I really appreciated the prompt and effective solution to my problem.

Description of Work: Unclogged a bathroom sink. Technician was a bit too vocal in his dismay that the job was more complicated than anticipated; maybe he was having a bad day. I also felt as if my request to deal with an additional issue was brushed off a bit too easily,. |But I've used this company many times; they do good work.

Description of Work: I purchased the toilet tune up deal, the first technician didn't seem clear about what to do. They did what was included in the deal even though it wasn't really needed. After they were finished the toilet was flushing twice the amount of water and it took two additional appointments to correct this.

Description of Work: Wanted plumber to check on the low flow water on our kitchen sink faucet which was newly installed. The guy thought he knew what the issue was, and after spending 40 minutes working on it, he ended up breaking our faucet. We had to buy a whole new faucet and instead of offering to install the new one, we had to pay more for them to install it.

Description of Work: They told me Marin County, where I live was bad for them because of traffic and would take to long to get here......door to door approx. 20 minutes. I would like my money back

Description of Work: Hooked up garden hose to drain water heater then forgot to close a valve and flooded garage. |Insisted in doing an inspection of the rest of the plumbing as it was part of the price. Recommended over $700 worth of repairs. A later check with a handy man estimated the repairs to be less than $100.00.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's Deal for a water heater inspection that also included the checking of all the taps and pipes in the house. Mike, the technician, was very thorough and actually found a small gas leak (I know, yikes!) from the hose/pipe part connecting the pilot light to the water heater. Thankfully he had a part in his truck and I didn't need to reschedule a separate appointment. Great job, very professional and happy to recommend them!
