Fantastic. Walked in to their showroom, which has an intimate setting and was given undivided attention from start to finish.
Description of Work: Was on my way to Home Depot to buy some fixtures and someone directed me toward Susie Hotarek. For just a little bit more, I received higher qualiy products, education and great service. Her husband, Jerry, did the installation. I love my new kitchen and will go back when ready to do the bathrooms.

I trust the work they do and the advice and guidance I get from them. I consider them important members of the team I need to keep an old house well maintained. Jerry and Suzanna are wonderful.
Description of Work: I have used Lutz plumbing for more than 10 years. They have done all kinds of work for me from fixing leaking faucets, installing new toilets, to digging for my sewer connection. I did not put in an amount I spent because it has varied according to the job.

They are very knowledgeable and will get the work done right the first time. They are not the cheapest but are high quality.
Description of Work: They changed the plastic part in a valve on the toilet to stop a leak.

I used them before because they are very familiar with our building on Post St. Vince the plumber came within the hour slot they had indicated. He was professional and fixed the problem right away. The whole job took about 10 minutes (5 minutes to find the right valve in the truck, 4 minutes to reposition the radiator at the right angle to prevent future backflow and 1 minute to change the airvalve). The result was good and quick, but expensive.
Description of Work: Checked radiator leaking and replaced air valve.

THE COMPANY IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS. THE REPAIRMEN ARE VERY POLITE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT TOO. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.

THEY DID GOOD WORK BUT THEY TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP LIKE I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
