I paid for the service, and paid the service provider directly as well. They never gave me the key that I needed.

They did a great job and made it easy to update my locks.

Came quickly and got the job done.

A year after he did this work, I got a suspicious email from his email account, which turned out to have been hacked. I called him up to ask about it, and he was still nice, courteous and professional in his response. Sorry he got hacked, but he's a good locksmith.

I had to purchase a lock separate and I understood why. The service itself was satisfactory.

It went good! I had a lot of work done. I had all the locksets changed and everything rekeyed. So there were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I think he could have been a little bit more upfront on the total cost it was going to be.

They did a good job. They did not show up on time and had a lot of excuses but they did good work.

I called at 9:30am and left a message. I called him back at 10:30am and asked if he got my message and he obviously he didn't. I told him I needed a locksmith and he said that I needed to email him with my information. I emailed him and the email bounced back and so I called him and he advised me to email his alarm company. The email to his alarm company didn't bounce back and I never received a call back. I then called him again and he agreed to take the information over the phone finally.. my phone number and the city that I live in. He told me that he would call the guy and give me a call back and he never called me back. I started this at 9:30am and I have still not spoken to anyone to schedule to have the work done and it is 1:15pm.

I called and make an appointment for the next day. Michael arrived promptly at the appointed time and within an hour had replaced the old locks. The service is a bit pricey but to me the speed and professionalism were worth it.

Very solid experience. They came to the house with all the tools needed, including some options in each category. In about 2 hours, all the locks on the house were changed, along with extra keys.

Our deadbolt failed and we were locked in on a Sunday afternoon. I called Mike at Locksmith Central and he immediately picked up the phone. This was after 3 phone calls to other locksmiths on Angies List where I only got a voice mail. He said to give him 30 minutes, and he arrived well within that timeframe. He had to drill through the deadbolt to open the door. He described the problem with the lock and explained why it failed. We also asked him to install a new deadbolt right there. All in all he provided a very straightforward and timely service for something that was quite anxiety-provoking. I would recommend him.
