The pricing structure quoted on the phone was different when the professional arrived. She admitted she was from the commercial side which was not ideal for me as my job was residential. They do not at all appear customer focused.

Super helpful to walk through the house but it cost extra to put their thoughts in writing which is a bummer since I will undoubtedly forget what they said in a few months. Great insight though.
