LAZARUS DATA RECOVERY

My son spent his entire fall break working on a project for school. Around noon on the day before he was supposed to fly back to NY his computer made an odd noise and died. All of his notes and work for the semester were lost along with several years of pictures and thousands of iTunes. Of course nothing had been backed up. He needed to buy a new computer but was told at the store to call Lazarus Data Recovery to see if he could get any of his work back. By now it was close to 4 PM on a Friday afternoon and he had to be on a plane at 7 AM the next morning. I called Lazarus and spoke to William. I was dreading having to rush downtown on a Friday afternoon but after explaining the situation to William and mentioning where I was in the city, he offered to stop by after one of his errands later that night to pick up the computer. He came as promised and started working on attempting to retrieve the data that night. He was in touch with my son several times that night to let him know how much progress he was making and gave him an estimate of the cost. My son left to go back to school the next morning hoping that he might get back even a little part of his work. William kept him updated on his progress and within the week was able to get back most of what had been on the hard drive and my son had it back on his computer. William went above and beyond to recover what he could. He kept my son informed and worked around the clock to get it done as quickly as possible. He even dropped the old computer off at my house! He couldn't have been more responsive or helpful during our time of crisis. When your computer crashes sometimes nothing can be done but if it's possible to salvage something, William can.
