They were on-time, took great care with both the furniture and the art, and were a pleasure to work with. Although the job was a bit complex logistically, we had no misunderstandings. It helped to be able to send them instructions in writing, via email. They were thoughtful to confirm this with me by phone. So they are excellent communicators. Their truck is clean and well cared for. Although I was a bit worried about their ability to move art and furniture, it was no problem for them at all. They were ready, willing and able to spot the furniture right where we needed it. And in addition, they were also eager to help us move a piece of furniture from one room in our house, downstairs to the basement. Their punctuality is worth noting because today was a very rainy Saturday. It was not an easy day to be on the Bay Bridge, and traffic could have delayed them. But they allowed for the weather, and made it to all destinations right on time. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They are both great at their profession, good communicators, and very pleasant people to have in your home. Four stars.
