+ -1 moreCOMMUNICATION FAILED BADLY WITH CUSTOMER. THEY DID PROVIDE THE CHEAPEST ESTIMATE OF ALL BIDS. THE SERVICE WAS POOR AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
