Aaron (Guangxian) Hou a total crook! Beware, he will make excuses and and never deliver. He will sell you products without ever having the intention to delivery them. He will just slowly disappear, not answer emails, disconnect his phone or fill up his voice mail so that you can't leave a message, and he's never at the store anymore. Don't know how he can live with himself. He's a wanted man who will have it coming to him one day. Honestly, when we first walked into his store, we were impressed with the selection of sinks and vanities and the contemporary style that we like. He seemed like a really nice guy and worked with us in the evenings to do custom designs for kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. He took our deposit of thousands of dollars in May and we have yet to receive anything. Excuses follow excuses, and now I'm quite sure we will never get anything. Now, I've been delayed months and have to do redo some work on the house that was done to accommodate custom sizes that we ordered. Now that I'm doing the research, I see that 18 complaints have been filed against him on the Better Business Bureau. Too bad I didn't check earlier to avoid this whole mess. Now, I'm going to have to sue him to try to get my money back. Really, it's just too bad he really made our first home renovation experience so nightmarish.
