structural engineer
+ -1 moreHe made the wrong assumption on the exiting condition. Contraction could not build the house. City building inspector came out and cited all discrepancies on his work. But he refused to correct his errors unless owner paid him another $2100 on top of the original paid price $2500. Owner abandoned his design and lost time and money. Should have checked his record at California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyor and Geologists.
