Two technicians came out and gave a free estimate to replace a sewer line. I am sorry I don't recall their names. They were courteous, on time, and seemed very knowledgeable, and experienced. I was given a good and fair estimate of the costs. However, we are still considering the project, so I cannot report on any work done. Seemed like a good company, with free plumbing estimates.

Very pleased! Dispatch returned my phone call within 7 minutes -- the woman who phoned me had excellent communication skills. She was able to schedule me for my broken water heater within a couple of hours. The technician Justin arrived on time (10:40am in a 10am-12pm window), after calling ahead to let me know he was en route (by my request). He was friendly, informative and patient in answering my many questions about water heaters. I appreciate that I received texts and emails to update me that the job was scheduled, when my technician was en route, and with my receipt once the job was finished. Justin replaced the thermo-couple on my broken 10-year-old water heater and also flushed the tank. The latter is a bit time-consuming but the price was reasonable. I'll definitely phone this company again when I need them!
