they billed us for work that wasn't done. Peter, the principal of the company explained the bill wasn't for more money than the contract stipulated. that doesn't change the fact that it's a blank invoice for work that wasn't done. they then without warning sent a worker onto our neighbors' property. the worker wouldn't leave and our neighbors called the police who then arrived on-site. when i spoke with Peter to tell him to stop working on our behalf he said he has a contract and he will see us in court.

Everything from the person who answered the phone, their call backs, to the work, to the technicians were great.
Description of Work: They did a land survey and the first stage of a condo conversion.
