+ -1 moreWe selected John Lum because of the exceptional designs we saw on Houzz. We are exceptionally impressed with the quality of the design, knowledge of various codes, and the materials/surface selection. Bret Walters, our architectural lead, is quite exceptional. He is easy to work with, very talented, and thoughtful about the designs. They've been very flexible about allowing me to source things or meet with the town for the permits in order to minimize the expense (something many architects are not reasonable about overall)l. We are really enjoying this relationship, and are planning to use them again for a larger extension to the house next year.
Description of Work: We have been using John Lum Architecture as our architect.
