WOW! Just WOW! I was told at 0700 that my dryer was not functioning, I found JD Appliance Repair with a quick search and noticed they were relatively close to me. Called at 0800 when they opened, was given a window of 10 - 1 pm. 10:05 I get a text he is on the way... Showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue wtihin 10 minutes and I had a working drying shortly thereafter. VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND A GENERAL DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. I cannot recommend JD Aplliance repair high enough. We are very very pleased.

No show for first appointment scheduled for 8-10 AM. No call received letting me know. I had to call to see what happened. No voice mail was set up to be able leave a message. I did receive a call back a few minutes later to set up a new appointment. He did show up for the 2nd appointment and everything went well after that.

They called quickly for our washing machine repair and were able to schedule someone for an estimate the same day. When the repairman arrived, he was 15 minutes early, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to complete the repair while here. It's working very well since then. I couldn't be more pleased! ð

My dryer wasnâ t heating. I trouble shorted myself but couldnâ t fix the problem so I called. Jan was great in explaining what the problem could be before starting the work so I could best decide whether to move forward. It ended up being a quick fix that corrected the problem. Yay!

I will hire this appliance repair service again to do any other appliance work that I need done in the future. John was prompt in coming and doing the work. Quick communication. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimate fix the problem. Unfortunately it was more expensive to repair than to replace the appliance.

The technician came on time, diagnosed the problem with my fridg. He repaired the fridg and even cleaned up the area. He also told me how to prevent this from happening. Very good experience.
