We've worked with Joel several times over the course of the last 5 years. We've used him for our own home and renovation projects and I love referring him/Innovative Windows to my clients (I'm a realtor). He's always dependable, responsive and prepared to give you the best pricing he can. Joel's helped us replace standard vinyl windows, wood windows, aluminum clad windows and he's been able to source some beautiful high end Jeldwen windows for us. Honestly, he's the only person to call if you're looking for new windows.

Their price was competitive but nothing great. Based my decision on the salesman I was originally working with. He left and was replaced by another guy and I had invested a lot of time in this so I didn't want to start over. Things started going wrong from the time the contract was signed. I had to do most of the work in specifying the grid design and it took them almost a month after I signed the contract to actually place the order with the manufacturer. When they came out to install the windows, 4 were the wrong size and 2 had the wrong glass. The installers were doing a terrible job (they'd never heard of using a level, didn't bother to caulk, etc) until I started complaining. To make a long story short, I had to sit there and watch them for a week for a job that was supposed to take one day. And that was for the windows that they ordered correctly. Trying to get the right glass and dealing with issues has been an ongoing problem and things have still not been resolved.
