The good: 1. Nice people and personable. 2. Low initial quote for cleaning services. 3. First cleaning went well. The bad: 1. Quoted price went from $110 to $140 (house had been cleaned by someone else who was not available 2 1/2 weeks earlier). Paid up, because their first cleaning was good. 2. Second cleaning was subpar. They did not follow the list that I had given them on the first cleaning, missing things like cleaning the oven, fridge, behind things, etc. 3. They did not show up for third cleaning, and without any prior notification, even though they were scheduled and promised to do a better job! (they were on a every two week schedule, at that point!). 4. Broke a small vase and picture frame without telling us! (found later...) 5. Take about 30-40% longer than previous cleaners. I have text messages and photographs to prove all the above...
