Very satisfied with their work. Got the work done quick and efficiently and made sure everything was secure and properly packed before hauling it into the truck. They were organized from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Would definitely recommend and use their business again in the future.

Excellent service - I obtained several quotes including from my organizations preferred (large multi-national moving companies) but selected Hauling Moses due to much better customer service. They were responsive and prompt in dealing with pre-move issues like certificates of insurance, arrived on time both for packing day and the actual move day and were friendly and very respectful of my stuff. My only advice to anyone moving is make sure the coffee maker is well marked!

Even though I had only a small move the team were on time, obviously took pride in their work and were efficient and professional at all times. I paerticularly appreciated the time they took to re-assemble furniture at the destination and position it to my liking. I wanted to thank everyone at Hauling Moses for getting me out of my old apartment and into my new one. My greatest concern was that I lived in a third floor walk up apartment and I needed a moving company with staff who would have the patience to hike up those stairs and carry all my heavy furniture and books down. On the day of, 5 strong and professional men arrived in a truck and they made quick work of my move, and they were absolutely pleasant the entire time. I was impressed by their positive attitude and efficiency. The communication with Hauling Moses was seamless, too. Tommy connected with me and eased my mind about the questions I had, Casey came out one morning to look at how much I had to move and provide me a detailed estimate (and the actual cost was much less than expected, a very nice surprise :)), Amelia covered the final details, and again offered reassurance that everything would work out fine (and it did, better than fine), and Carlos- he was the man day of the move, absolutely a pleasant gentleman that took care of moving every last scrap of my belongings. I wish I knew the names of the other gentleman who were there because they were awesome. THANK YOU Hauling Moses, you put my mind at ease and accomplished a miracle!

Excellent company! The office staff and the movers were all very polite, considerate and experienced. They had a rep come by ahead of time to do an inventory and give me an estimate which was a good idea. It took 7 hours including drive time to prepare and move everything from Oakland to Concord. I got great service so it was worth the money. Everything went very well. The movers were very nice and experienced and accommodated all my requests. They put everything where I wanted and reassembled all the furniture. There were no hidden fees. 5 stars.

Hauling Moses is an exceptional moving company that doesn't keep any secrets from you and goes out of its way from start to finish to make sure your move goes smoothly. This is drastically different from every other bay area mover I have worked with so far. No sketchiness, total kindness, and care from start to finish. To start, they send out an appraiser to visit your space. They calculate the amount of time they think your move will take, and then an absolute maximum. Before the move even starts, you know the max price that you will pay, regardless of what occurs. Next, the awesome logistics team coordinates with you. They are professional and responsive. I needed proof of insurance, and had several questions about the move. All of this was put to rest within 24 hours of tentatively scheduling. Two days before the move, one of their logistics coordinators called me to ensure we were ready, and to be available for any further questions. Tell me your moving company offered this much prep work, free of charge. On the day of the move, the team called and let us know when they would arrive. They were incredibly careful, both with our building, and our furniture. They were not the fastest movers I've ever had, and this is a good thing. Other movers break and scratch so many things from rushed carelessness. Everything was wrapped according to my specifications, with them asking specifically what I would and would not like wrapped as we went. They packed the truck, and then our storage unit like champions! There were more than 10 squared feet left in the unit thanks to how they packed it. The movers were courteous, kind, and funny, and made a usually stressful process an easier one. We paid more than one thousand dollars less than our estimated maximum, taking much fewer hours and supplies even with all the careful work the team did before moving our items. If you need movers that you can trust, I don't think you can get any better than Hauling Moses.
