Fantastic. Moving is stressful. The movers arrived on time and were extremely professional, friendly and very careful with our furniture. If you want a stress free moving experience, we highly recommend Moving Moses. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest), we would give them a 20 .

Overall, they were great to work with! Everyone wore masks the whole time and all of my stuff arrived in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them to others! Now for the details: I used Hauling Moses for a local move from San Francisco to South San Francisco. While they offer packing services, I opted to pack my own boxes, with they exception of furniture (which they wrapped in blankets) and hanging clothes (they packed them into wardrobe boxes for me). They were great to work with every step of the way. They responded very quickly with an online quote, which included an hourly rate, an estimate for the number of hours to complete the job, and some expenses. They also offer a pre-move walkthrough to refine the quote and provide a not-to-exceed number. I felt a lot more confident in the quote after Kyle stopped by and took inventory of all of my stuff. 3 days before moving day they checked in and made sure everything was still on track for the move. On moving day, they arrived within the 1 hour window they provided in the quote. I worked with Carlos, Nick, and Ude (sorry for the misspelling). From there, they moved very quickly. They got all of the boxes on the truck and then went to work wrapping my furniture in blankets. They were very thorough and careful with my furniture, which I appreciated. They also provided wardrobe boxes and packed my hanging clothes for me. The unload was fast and they were especially careful not to scratch any of the walls or damage anything as they moved the items in. They were very accommodating and put the boxes and furniture in the rooms I asked them to. They finished the job in 5 hours, which was actually faster than their estimate!

If I could give this group of professionals 10 stars I would! From my initial contact with Tommy for the original quote review, Kyle's site-visit to formalize my quote, Amelia's call a few days prior to reconfirm my move, ask any questions I might have, and the day of my move, the team of movers (Josef, Jessy and Wyatt) this team is top notch! The movers were stellar at negotiating my period buildings elevators (smaller in size), wrapping the necessary pieces, disassembling and reassembling pieces as needed, showing extra care with my art, breakables, and odd-sized objects, literally the best movers I have ever had over my years in San Francisco. The team worked efficiently, arrived on time , notified me of arrival 20 minutes prior, did a great walk-through both pre and post-moving. Insider Tip: Kyle gave a great tip at calling SFMTA to reserve a few spaces in front of my building which is located on a busy SF Street, I highly suggest if for ease of moving/expediting! Moving sucks, especially during a pandemic. These guys made it suck a lot less. Super professional operation from start to finish. From Kyle's walk through for a bid to Tommy making sure everything was in order to Amelia making sure I was happy before, during and after, everyone was great. They were not the lowest bid, but the time and energy they put into making a realistic bid made me feel like it was much more accurate. They were accurate indeed. Carlos and his crew on moving day were all masked up and ready to rumble. They were all friendly and I felt safe from COVID. All with great attitudes during some of the worst air quality ever. They were careful with my belongings and the walls/floors of both places. Definitely my new go to movers, though I sure hope to not move again for a while.

Arriving in the Bay Area Saturday evening needing last minute help on Monday i opened Angie's List and used it for the 1st time. It was easy to fill out the info and submit, the items included a 600lb safe that had been difficult to get into the trailer. Within an hour i got a call from Tommy at Hauling Moses wanting to know how they could help me. After listening to my story and asking a few questions Tommy said: "We can do that "....and i believed him. He quoted me a price that was fair but more than i had. Had to scramble to find the money and couldn't commit until 10am Monday for the Monday afternoon move but Tommy found a crew coming off another job led by Joseph and they were fabulous! Not only did they get the heavy items into the pod, they were able to consolidate my 2 units to one. Will use them again for the rest of the move when house is ready! Thanks guys! You rock!

EXCELLENT! Couldn't have asked for a better company and team to make my move a very smooth transition. Carlos was the lead on my move with his guys...they were Awesome! He and the guys did an excellent job! On time, communicated with you letting you know they are on their way...and did an Awesome Job overall! EVERY person I spoke with associated with this company was attentive, polite, totally service oriented! We hired them to pack up the apartment and load it into a POD. They were on time, efficient and professional! I haven't had good luck with movers in the past so I was pretty nervous. From the first phone call, I just felt I had gotten an excellent crew. I think I found them on Angie's list with a long list of great reviews. Couldn't be better!

On time, professional, quality company

Because of the COVID-19 closures, the storage unit hours were changed at the last minute. Hauling Moses was very understanding and immediately made arrangements to arrive later than planned. They were there 10 minutes early, in fact, and were very friendly and thorough.

Fantastic. These guys really know what they are doing. Excellent job and great attitude even as the day wore on. We have 51 steps in our house from top to bottom. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. They moved us out in 1 day. The best.

Incredibly. They wrapped everything exceptionally well to ensure nothing was damaged. They did everything that I asked of them and they did it pleasantly. It seems like a family business everyone having a good time, yet never slacking on the job.

I manage a lab space in Berkeley, CA. We needed a few biosafety cabinets, freezers, centrifuges, and incubators moved around ASAP. I called Hauling Moses and they quoted a good price. Their response time and next-day availability was a game-changer for me. They showed up, did good work and were careful with our items. The work ended up requiring more labor than I had initially planned for, but they were fair in adding onto the bill and we negotiated a fair price.
