Overall, they were great to work with! Everyone wore masks the whole time and all of my stuff arrived in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them to others! Now for the details: I used Hauling Moses for a local move from San Francisco to South San Francisco. While they offer packing services, I opted to pack my own boxes, with they exception of furniture (which they wrapped in blankets) and hanging clothes (they packed them into wardrobe boxes for me). They were great to work with every step of the way. They responded very quickly with an online quote, which included an hourly rate, an estimate for the number of hours to complete the job, and some expenses. They also offer a pre-move walkthrough to refine the quote and provide a not-to-exceed number. I felt a lot more confident in the quote after Kyle stopped by and took inventory of all of my stuff. 3 days before moving day they checked in and made sure everything was still on track for the move. On moving day, they arrived within the 1 hour window they provided in the quote. I worked with Carlos, Nick, and Ude (sorry for the misspelling). From there, they moved very quickly. They got all of the boxes on the truck and then went to work wrapping my furniture in blankets. They were very thorough and careful with my furniture, which I appreciated. They also provided wardrobe boxes and packed my hanging clothes for me. The unload was fast and they were especially careful not to scratch any of the walls or damage anything as they moved the items in. They were very accommodating and put the boxes and furniture in the rooms I asked them to. They finished the job in 5 hours, which was actually faster than their estimate!

Moving sucks, especially during a pandemic. These guys made it suck a lot less. Super professional operation from start to finish. From Kyle's walk through for a bid to Tommy making sure everything was in order to Amelia making sure I was happy before, during and after, everyone was great. They were not the lowest bid, but the time and energy they put into making a realistic bid made me feel like it was much more accurate. They were accurate indeed. Carlos and his crew on moving day were all masked up and ready to rumble. They were all friendly and I felt safe from COVID. All with great attitudes during some of the worst air quality ever. They were careful with my belongings and the walls/floors of both places. Definitely my new go to movers, though I sure hope to not move again for a while.

I first met Moses a few weeks prior to my move to give me an estimate of what my move will cost. What he promised, Hauling Moses Moving delivered! Everything was schedule...and I got a call the morning of and was informed that they were on their way! 3 Movers came and packed EVERYTHING safely and securely and moved it into my new apartment. They were On-Time, Carlos (the lead) was very professional and directed his team in a way so that everything went smoothly! Carlos was AWESOME! Get him for your move if you can! He is a Pro at what he does!! All Movers also wore a mask during this Pandemic so you have nothing to worry there either. Hauling Moses was also on target with the estimate that they gave me and I thought the value of their services was very reasonable for what they offered. Their response time and next-day availability was a game-changer for me. They showed up, did good work and were careful with our items. The work ended up requiring more labor than I had initially planned for, but they were fair in adding onto the bill and we negotiated a fair price.
