With this particular contractor is important to get work reduced in writing, I would caution you do not pay in full until the work is finished to your satisfaction. In order to conduct a good business is important to be responsive, even when the work is finished, just to make sure the customer satisfaction is met.

Jose was awesome, figured out my problem using photos and was in and out of the house in 15 minutes with the job done perfect.

Jose arrived exactly when I needed help fixing my broken door. On a Sunday and a holiday. I was not secure with a broken door and didnâ t know what to do. Jose repaired the door and secured the entire entry area. Great work and affordable. I feel safer now and can sleep. A home guardian angel. Thank you!

This guy came in a sprayed WD-40 and charged my wife $120 after telling me he would not attempt to repair anything. I only wanted an estimate. He said it was free and because I wasnâ t at home at the time, he knew he could take advantage of the situation. I asked for the money back and he refused. He is a liar and a there. Do not let this person into your home. Do not hire them for anything!

Contractor agreed on a day / time and didn't show up. Didn't follow up either. When I reached out a second time they said that they could come over in "20 minutes" on a day where I had an appointment and when I asked whether they could come instead following day / next week they didn't respond. I had turned back other contractors originally when this person had agreed on a date and time and now I need to follow up with them to try to schedule something.
