+ -1 moreThe Hammerhouse bid was half of the other bidders. The work came in on time, on budget (no change orders), and passed city inspection.
Description of Work: In order to split our lot containing two houses, the city required a number of code improvements to both structures, primary the construction of a one hour fire wall between the two structures. This entailed sheet rocking the interior walls where the structures met and replacing one exterior wall and the building of a roof parapet.
