 + 2 moreOver the years Frank has done several jobs for me, some large, some small, and I've always been more than happy with the price and quality of his work. He is honest and careful. Last year he completely remodeled my apartment. He listened to my dreams and wishes and was able to fulfill about 96% of them (I have to admit the other 4% were not really do-able!) Yes, there was the usual dust and turmoil, but the end result was (and is) so beautiful that it certainly is a tribute to Frank's knowledge and expertise. If I ever decide to do another project, Frank is surely the person who will again be making my wishes come true.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled an apartment to which I was moving. Strengthened the foundation. Expanded bathroom space, put in a new bathtub. New lighting, plumbing, and appliances in kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful paint job throughout.

 + 1 moreThere are always options, but Frank and his crew always handle them in a professional and compassionate manner. In the end, we are always surprised that the results of the project are better than what we had expected.
Description of Work: I have worked with Guilfoyle Construction three times on major projects. Each time I have been delighted with the results. 1. Removing wooden post/beam in garage to make space for 2nd car. 2. Extensive remodeling of two-story flat 3. Seismic "retrofit"

 + 2 moreHe is very honest, prompt, and reliable. He is extremely nice. He was very considerate of the fact that we were living in the house while the work went on over 13 or 14 months. We didn't feel like we had a bunch of intruders in the house.
Description of Work: He was the general contractor on the total remodeling of our Edwardian house. He oversaw electricians, plumbers, etc.
