+ -1 moreMonica is an ace mortgage broker. I can't imagine buying or refinancing a house without her help. She always gets things done quickly, often well ahead of schedule, and frequently comes up with even better rates than she initially quotes. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to real estate transactions, and Monica always meets or exceeds my expectations.
