+ -1 moreCleaning team did a below average job with no attention to detail. The administrative end(phone) was professional and responsive. I have used other services where the cleaning team did a much, much, better job for the same price.

+ -1 moreDo: meet with your cleaning team and tell them what you expect. Do: call the office to complain if you are not happy. Don't: feel the need to leave a tip -- I know this sounds cheap, but the cost is already so high and they don't expect one, so don't get in the habit and the service will be more affordable.
Description of Work: I use Greenway (now called Green Force) for bimonthly cleaning (2 people x 2 hours = $36.50/hour) of my 1400 square foot/2 bedroom/1 bath flat. I have used them for nearly 2 years. I agree they are a bit pricey - but my understanding is that the employees benefit from this by having health care, there is workman's comp insurance, and it seems everything "green" costs more (I feel this is worth the extra price, which is why I graded them a B in this category - they are also a small, locally-owned company, not a large franchise). I have had the same team for several months and that makes all the difference in consistent quality. I spend a few minutes showing them around the flat, asking them to clean certain things and they follow my instructions perfectly. If I don't do this, sometimes they miss certain things. Their website clearly describes what the cleaning covers -- it does say furniture is dusted, but furnishings are not, for example. I love having someone clean my bathroom, kitchen, and mop my floors twice a month. I have to vacuum myself every couple of days, anyway, because I have a cat. I plan on using them as long as I can afford it - I love the professionalism of the office and the cleaning team I have right now is great.

+ -1 moreDecent service for the past year. Nothing stolen, nothing broken, and they brought their own supplies. The price was a little high, so I was only able to get 1 hour service of service from a team of 2. I had a big 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit, but they never seemed to be able to get it fully cleaned. There were dust bunnies the size of real bunnies in my closet, and geez, can't the bedstands be dusted? Admittedly, I never called to complain, but I also never canceled the service.

+ -1 moreThey sent three people out to do the job and they spent about 3 hours cleaning. They did a very good job. I did have to direct them on what areas I wanted cleaned though.
Description of Work: I had them clean my 1800 square foot, two story house. They cleaned every room from top to bottom, which included vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, moping, etc.

+ -1 moreIt was good a experience. I was impressed with the quality of the work and I will definitely be using them again because they were so friendly and very professional.
Description of Work: I was moving into a medium sized apartment and they cleaned it for me before I moved in. This included sweeping, mopping, and dusting. They also cleaned out the cabinets and washed the floors.

+ -1 moreI have used them two times now and it is like they have no work ethic. Both times that they came out, they did not complete the job. It was like I had to work side by side with them and they still did not do everything that I asked them to do. It was simple job and they did not pay any attention to detail. I tried to give them a second chance after they did a bad job the first time, but I will not be using them again.
Description of Work: They came and cleaned my 2400 square foot space, which including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and mopping.

+ -1 moreThere is one person that does the work and she stays for 4 hours every two weeks. The house does look nice after she is done. The bathrooms are always spotless and she does not mind if I give her a special request like to clean out the refrigerator or something like that. She is very reliable as well.
Description of Work: I have them clean my 1800 square foot home once every two weeks. They do everything except the laundry. I have 2 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, hallway and a small sun room that they clean. They do the vacuuming, moping, dusting, etc.
