late for the first visit and then was rude on the phone with me..( not the girls but the guy that owns it) also trying to charge me more saying my house was too big... did not even go into one of the rooms...i am very disappointed with the service..

I give them 1 points because the bathrooms were fairly clean. The floors were not good. They charged me $175 for 5man hours, in which time I could have made the place immaculate. Their work was lazy. There was a lot of dirt and dust they missed in corners and the moldings. I ran my finger along the chair molding and woodwork and I got dust still. I had to go behind them and sweep more and clean with a damp rag to remove the spots their soiled rags left behind. I had just installed brand new mini blind which were perfectly clean and they made soiled by leaving behind clumps of wet lint and dirty water spots. They are avoiding my calls

the showed up on time, which is very important to me. The cleaning company did a great job on my hardwood floors and cleaned my gas cooktop that was almost uncleanable. The bathroom sparkles. Its been my experience that the first cleaning is always the best but additional cleanings leave much to be desired. I will use them again.
