We are a socially and environmentally responsible electronic waste recycling collection center and full service computer repair company. 4. bureau of electronic and appliance repair no. 84072. E-stewards. Business registration no. 424768. 5. Many items are free to recycle including SB20 items laptops, tv monitors, crt and flat screens, televisions, any screens over 4" diameter. Cell phones free. Misc.items have nominal fee $5.00 to $.50/lbs. 7. We strive to provide people with an accountable, affordable and convenient way to recycle electronics and protect the environment. We are also educators striving to teach people the importance of recycling electronics, keeping them out of landfills and preventing them from being shipped overseas where they do not have the same environmental and civil rights as in the USA.

We can not recycle anything with chemicals such as AC units, refrigerators, paint, cleaning supplies or wood, textiles and other clothing.

Until GreenCitizen came along, responsibly getting rid of electronics was difficult at best. Now it's easy to dispose of all of their tech detritus with ease and without guilt. The staff at their SF drop-off center are always friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Many items are free to recycle, but for the rest it costs 50 cents a pound. I think it's worth it if you're environmentally conscious.
