The guy was excellent. He kept us well informed of things that would prevent leaking in the future. He corrected previous errors. They worked neatly. They were prompt and responded to all questions. Job looks great.

We've had our fair share of shady contractors, but we were THRILLED with Frank and his crew. We used Green Tile Installer for both our guest and master bathroom retiling jobs. Not only was Frank the most reasonably priced contractor, he was the most professional, most accommodating, and the friendliest to work with! He has great design suggestions and works quickly and efficiently - he was very flexible with our hectic work and travel schedules. And he works with a charity organization that takes used fixtures and appliances and refurbishes and reuses them in other projects - so we were able to give away our old bathroom vanity to a good cause! But the best part about Frank is his flexibility and patience. We had issues with our neighbors in terms of sound isolation between our units, and as a result, ended up delaying our start dates, and waffling back and forth about materials. Not only was Frank very accommodating in terms of the schedule changes, he also helped us do an incredible amount of research about the sound proofing options for underlayment materials and we were able to settle on a good option at a great price. Thanks to Frank, this stressful process turned out to be much less of a headache, and our bathroom floors look great! We'll be recommending Frank to all of our friends who have home improvement needs, and will definitely use him again if we decide to brave another remodeling project.
