Aviv was very straightforward and communicative when providing an estimate and scheduling the appointment. Once on site he explained how he was going to complete the job, and offered some no pressure upsell options to me. He and his partner spent as much time as was necessary to thoroughly clean my carpets. The carpet looks great Now!
