Description of Work: DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Sophie and Jeffery Lau are crooks. Read the reviews on Yelp and you'll see. All is true. We now have to sue for our deposit back...like many have in the past. The court clerks know her very well. They are trying to keep our $3900 deposit and the place is in better shape now that we have moved than before we moved in. Better read the California Landlord/Tenant Laws. Although they will loose in court, they are still not giving us back our deposit. Make sure, like we did, to take videos and pictures of the move in/out condition if you decide to rent from these people. We will update this review after the lawsuit decision.
