 + 0 moreMy husband and I bought our Jeep brand new from Albera Brothers in 1997. We took it there for servicing as recommended. In 10/06 they told us that it needed some major work that would end up costing us $3000. I called Phil out of the Yellow Pages and he was very helpful. All I remember his saying is "just give me a chance". We did and have not looked back. The last time we were there, Phil asked my husband why he was bringing the car in since it hadn't been that long since our last visit. When my husband went back to pick up the car he told him everything was fine and didn't charge him. He not only is honest, but never rushes us off the phone or out of his shop. It is a trek for us to get to his shop but we consider it a privilege to work with someone like Phil. He also sticks to his quotes and if something else comes up, he calls to okay the additional repair before doing it. Lastly, he is available immediately.
Description of Work: In 10/06 we were told by Albera Bros that our car had a cracked exhaust manifold and needed around a total of $4000 of work. We went to Phil for a second opinion. He disagreed and ended up doing other work that we know needed to get done - new windshield and new brakes.
