Fonseca was the only contractor who showed up and estimated the job. 10min, in and out. The other contractors I contacted just wanted to treat it as hourly repair work with no estimate. They all made a big deal of how some field tiles were likely to break. Since I don't have replacements, that sounded like fishing for a counter replacement job. Fonseca made it clear they would do all possible to avoid breaking tiles, and they didn't. They scheduled for a very civilized 9:30 and showed up on time. Two guys, very professional and very considerate. Since I was trying to work elsewhere in the house, I appreciated that they kept the radio on at low. The work was done quickly and well over two days. They let me know what was up. They clearly paid a lot of attention to the detail, and this was just a random bitty job. I am happy, the counter looks great.

Rolando and his crew were always courteous and ALWAYS on time. They did what they said they would do which is rare in dealing with a contractor, electrician, or plumber in the bay area. I manage a large high in building in Pacific Heights and the owners and tenants could not have been more please with the work and craftmanship. Very detail oriented and professional. subsequently, two of our tenants have used Fonseca Marble and Tile to remodel their kitchens and bathrooms in this building as well as provide service to their homes in the Penisula and Sonoma. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. they even completed the project a little early and left the area cleaner than when they started.

I have been extremely satisfied. Their prices was extremely reasonable. They were very punctual and reliable. I would recommend them without hesitation.
