I've used Fast Response a couple times previously for a leaky toilet and clogged shower drain and I have to say Ben and Dennis are awesome! This last time I had a disgusting sewage coming out of my tenant's toilet and shower. I wasn't sure if I could get same day service but Dennis said he could be at my house in 30 minutes -- he showed up in 15 instead! Wow! I showed him the problem area and he trouble-shooted first and then proceeded to snake the toilet and shower. Unfortunately nothing was happening and he was concerned that the problem / blockage might be out in the main sewer line outside, which would be a bigger and costlier problem. After looking around a little more, he found another access to the pipes from inside the bathroom that was hidden under a loose floor tile that was much easier to access. He snaked through it and pulled out the offending blockage (paper towels) and everything was cleared up! He was really nice, did a great job in less than an hour and only charged me $145. They're called Fast Response for a reason, because it's true! Highly recommended!!

Called at 6:45 a.m. and Mario came by at 10:00 a.m. to inspect our roof drain. He was punctual and came exactly at the time he told me over the phone. He was professional and inspected the inside of our bathroom where it was leaking. He went on top of the roof to inspect our drain and took a few pictures for me so that I could see what he was looking at. Although we didn't need him to repair or fix anything (turns out that the drain was fine), we would definitely call Fast Response again because of their promptness and professionalism.

We called the company around 11:30am on a Sunday. The work was scheduled for 4-4:30pm. We received a call at about 1pm saying that a plumber was available now if we wanted them. Mario arrived about 1:30. He was courteous and professional and got the job done! Unlike with some other plumbing companies we've tried, the work area did not smell like pipe sludge and was left very clean. This, along with the quick response and thorough job is why we will use Fast Response again.

They are quick and responsive. They show up for the job within the day or within a few hours and get the job done. They are really good plumber and they know how to do the stuff. However, they are a bit pricey.

I called Dennis at Fast Response and he was fast! Said he would be there within an hour and he was! He diagnosed the problem, took care of it quickly, charged a reasonable amount , diagnosed another problem, did not push me to fix it at that time. He was professional all the way.
