Exec Cleaning - San Francisco

As promised.

They have had some really good experiences and really good people to clean, but then we had a couple that weren't so good. I don't like the fact that I cant have the same people to come out to my home. I would rather have a relationship with my cleaners.

The deal was okay, I was just looking for a more thorough deep cleaning.

The service is actually provided through Handy, unsure why the company is using a different name to advertise through Angie's List. I tried the service multiple times as the pricing is great and scheduling is very convenient. Unfortunately in this case you get what you pay for. I was not able to book the same consistent housecleaner and I didn't find the cleaning thorough at all. I had better luck if I provided very detailed instructions. The cleaners who came over were perfectly nice and professional, I just don't think that Handy instructs them to do a thorough housecleaning. I'll stick with a service in the future.

Excellent form start to finish.

I ended up not receiving service from this provider. However, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DEAL FROM ANGIESLIST AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND OTHERS WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANIGIESLIST EITHER. For the following reasons: 1. I have had bad experiences with some providers sold by angieslsit. There is no real criteria of screening before selling these deals. Many providers are rated B or so which means their service has been unsatisfactory. I have even had disappointing experiences with their A rated providers. Angieslist is just trying to profit from selling these deals without a consideration for the quality of service or consumer protection. me2. In some instances, even the provider accepted the extremely poor service and admitted to a refund. However, angieslsit did not agree with that and did not allow the refund!!! In one instance, the service was not even provided since the merchant did not deliver it in a timely fashion. Again, they accepted their short-coming and agreed with the refund. However, angieslist blocked the refund due to a " 30-day refund policy!!! It is ludacrious that they expect a 30 day refund request while the provider that they have recommended has taken longer to respond. If I had bought the deal directly from the provider I would have received a refund and an apology. But angieslist, instead of being on the side of the consumer as they advertise., is only after making their own profit. 3. For the above reasons, I recommend using yelp in your area, finding high-rated providers and shopping from them directly. Yelp is indeed impartial, but angieslit is basically trying to make money for itself. In addition, yelp is free! It is ironic that angieslsit charges us a membership fee to help us consumers avoid dishonest merchants while they themselves are the most dishonest merchant of all time.

This company did a great job. They were very timely, courteous and polite. I would hire this company again.

Great service with attention to detail.

It was fine. It is just one person that came and she did a nice job but her vacuum was broken. So that was the one issue, I told them about it and they sent somebody again on Friday. They held true for the coupon price. She was very nice and she did a very good job. I liked the girl but the way the company works is such that they don’t contact out, so they don’t really have a relationship with the people that are cleaning and I also found out that they charge their people a ton of money to use Method products, I work at Methods so that is very upsetting to me. They just do strange things like that and they seem to be removed, it was not a personal thing or like a family cleaning company. The promotional price was fine but if you do it ongoing it is $35 an hour which is little bit much.

The first cleaning I had scheduled was canceled two hours before the scheduled appointment, which was very disappointing, but I appreciated the notification by text, and I easily rescheduled right away. (I was worried I wouldn't be able to get on the schedule again for a couple weeks because when I initially booked they didn't have a lot of openings at the times/days I wanted.) The second time, the gal showed up right on the dot, was very pleasant, and did a really good job. Olga brought all the equipment and cleaning supplies with her, and the products she used left behind a very pleasant, light scent. I work at home, and other housekeeping services I've used were distracting because of the bustle and noise. Olga went about her business quietly and efficiently, and she was friendly with my dog, who was pleased to have a "houseguest." I liked being able to book online, as well as getting reminder/confirmations of the appointments. And the service is very affordable. All in all, a great experience (my first time using Exec Clean/Handybook).

The house had already been cleaned, but in the interim we'd had it painted and the floors redone, so there had been workmen there for several weeks, and they generated a lot of dust, not to mention making for dirty bathrooms. I wanted the bathrooms cleaned, the floors swiffered, and the shutters dusted. There was no furniture, so nothing to have to move around. Gloria came right when expected, and she did a wonderful job. I had purchased deal through Angieslist, and I purchased 4 hours, not really thinking it would be needed but just in case. Gloria did a very thorough job on everything, and the house sparkled. We were moving in a few days later, so it was really important to me that everything be clean beforehand.

Housecleaning was very thorough, attentive to details, and super professional. I was at home and had no trouble continuing working while Chris was cleaning my house. I highly recommend Chris if you are going to book with them.

The whole process with Exec was seamless. First, the booking experience with Exec was super easy and perfect for me. The website is extremely easy to use, you get notifications when a cleaner is assigned to your booking and you get text reminders. A cleaning lady was assigned to me and I couldn't be happier. She brought her cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop and was extremely thorough. My home has never been cleaner! I was so happy with the service thatI ended up signing up for monthly cleanings. After my appointment was done I got a text asking for feedback and immediately got a discount for future appointments. I would definitely recommend Exec for your home cleaning!

It went very well! It was super simple to schedule the cleaning on the site-- all I had to do was put in a time and date and then a background checked professional was sent to me. My cleaning professional showed up on time, brought her own cleaning supplies (including a vacuum), was very friendly and did a thorough job. My home has never looked so clean. I absolutely recommend Exec for home cleaning!
