Description of Work: Terry Gaynor is the owner and principal for Eurocraft Construction. He learned construction working side by side with his father in Ireland and San Francisco. His father has since retired several years ago. i have used Terry for several projects including an addition and a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Most recently i hired him to redo the facia and replace 16 windows on the front of my 1916 edwardian. I am embarrassed to say that before Terry, the exterior style of my house could only be described as "disco edwardian" accented by ugly gray aluminum windows. He has excellent taste and i trusted him with all aspects of the exterior design. He helped me pick out Marvin windows with the right configuration of "lights" to match the historic character and presence of our home. He even passed along his contractor's discount for the windows along to me. Along with the Facia, Terry repaired a serious dry rot problem underneath my front porch. The porch was barely supporting some very heavy terrazo stairs and was a definite hazard to collapse in an earthquake. Also, that part of the house just looked crooked and needed to be addressed
