Description of Work: We hired Joe to do several projects in our TIC. He always had reasonable quotes and did good work. In February 2011 he quoted another job for us, and then disappeared. We have not been able to get a hold of him since then. Emails go unanswered and his phone number is no longer good. Seems that he may have gone out of business.

+ -1 moreJoe was low bidder of 4 submitted--highest was twice his estimate. The project took approximately 4 weeks to complete; he kept to the schedule and performed all tasks with skill. He was very mellow and responsive to changes. An honest, talented, and hardworking contractor.
Description of Work: Demolish old entry and stairs, repaired dry rot, plumbed new drainage system, concrete and carpentry all according to blueprints prepared by archetect. Joe is licensed and insured.
