She immediately understood what we were looking for, and that combined with her extensive knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market, led us to view appropriate properties. Her diligence spared us more time and energy. Her integrity was impeccable, always looking out for our needs over making a quick sale. Several times she saved us from acting impulsively and buying the wrong house. When the right house came on the market she was there to help us close the contract quickly.
Description of Work: We met Erika Burke at an open house and she immediately understood our personal housing needs. She spent the next 8 months viewing properties and then showing us the appropriate ones. The result is the beautiful property that we now own in San Francisco.
