 + -1 moreThey were great; arrived promptly, worked quickly, were friendly and professional. They moved a console piano up 5 flights of stairs (had to call in another person to help), plus everything else. They stuck to their quoted price, but since things took a little longer than expected (double price for the drive time, and they got caught at the Bay Bridge tolls) and since they had to call in reserves, the total price came out to be 50% higher than I had estimated. But they did good work and were very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Moved me from a 1 bedroom 1 bath duplex in Albany to a third-floor walk-up in the Mission Dolores neighborhood.

Description of Work: Peter and Alex arrived right on time. They moved a large and heavy refrigerator up a narrow stairway around a tight corner without damaging anything, a small miracle. They were professional with the paperwork, held to the price quoted initially, and were altogether very pleasant to meet.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THEY TOOK ALL OF THE WORRY, AND HASSLE OUT OF MOVING, ESPECIALLY UP AND DOWN 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! THEY CHARGED ME $99 per HOUR, WHICH WAS WORTH IT, CONSIDERING HOW MUCH FURNITURE I HAD. THE MEN WHO HELPED ME WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE.
Description of Work: THE GUYS AT EMERALD MOVERS HELPED ME MOVE FROM MY APARTMENT IN SAN FRANCISCO (ON THE 3RD FLOOR) DOWN TO MY NEW APARTMENT IN SAN JOSE.
