The technician, Richard, was on time, friendly, and professional; he cheerfully managed the difficulty of getting behind our dryer in the dryer closet. He replaced the vent hose with code compliant hose, cleaned and tested the air flow system, and communicated his findings and work clearly. I found the price of the service very reasonable. It can be hard to find good services in SF. I can in good faith recommend this one to you.
Description of Work: Dryer vent and vent hose needed cleaning and general inspection. Air was not flowing well through the dryer exhaust system and clothes were taking more than one cycle to dry, increasing our energy consumption and resulting in greater than normal fire risk.

 + -1 moreThey called back very quickly but I asked them for a upper level cost of drying vent cleaning but couldn't give me one and wanted to charge me $40 for an inspection and that $40 would not be waived if I had my dryer waived! NO THANKS!!!
