Dono The Clown

Description of Work: I hired this clown for my daughter's birthday party. He showed up for the party on time but started it late because it took him 40 minutes to start thes show the guest kept waiting for him to set up his equipment. After that, he kept calling my daughter by the wrong name repeatedly. He barely included her in the show, forgot to include my son and ended the performance. After that I had to walk over to him and ask him to include my son. so he pulled out some lousy trick. Before the show started I did mention to him that I wanted my son included in the show as well. He could not even stand up during the performance so he sat down most of the time because he was too tired. He even ended the show early beccause he ran out of tricks. After the show ended he started making the balloons and handing them out to the children without giving the birthday girl any and kept her waiting. After that My daughter asked for a flower with pink balloons he told her no and said you get what you get, I am too tired to make any more ! Are you kidding me she is the birthday girl !!!! So again I had to ask him to make her what she wanted. After that he started being mean to the other kids. So rest of the parents came up to me to tell me that clown is mean to their kids. After that he pulled out some kind of toy and sprung it open in my daughter's eye. It hurt my daughter's eye she started crying. We had to make sure her eye was ok. After that he brought out that toy again, my daughter was already scared of that thing because it hurt her and then he started laughing at that. I had to ask him to put this toy away. When it was time to pack up and leave. He asked my husband and another guest at the party to help him take his stuff to his car. He totally ruined my daughter;s birthday party. Finally I paid him with the check and told him what a poor performance it was. .
