It went great!

In short, incredibly professional, honest and trustworthy. Will call them again next time we need a locksmith. After calling, the company sent a locksmith out to work with us on a difficult front door lock. He got there about 15 minutes after calling. Fantastic! After taking a quick look, he immediately pulled the bottom handle piece apart and removed a piece that was sticking in the door due to shoddy installation by the previous owner. He then advised that the lock should be replaced and quoted us a price. He also told us that, if we preferred, we could pick up what we needed at home depot and save some money, but if we went that route, Don's couldn't guarantee the lock, but they'd be happy to come back and install it when we were ready. The locksmith got the fee for the call waived, and refused when I tried to give him a few dollars to thank him for his time. The company has earned another loyal customer; we'll be calling soon for our installation.

They came out within hours of my phone call. The locksmith was professional and courteous and recommended creative solutions that were less expensive than anticipated. He also identified one new problem and offered a low-cost solution. Fantastic!

When I called to book the appointment the lady was nice and was ready to send someone over right then. I booked for the next day and they showed up on time. The service guy was friendly and very professional. He proposed solutions that were cost effective and was quick about implementing them. He even found a few ways to cut a few bucks off the final bill. No question I would use them again.

They called before they came out and arrived on time. They thoroughly explained the options and prices available to me. They even proactively suggested I replace a loose doorknob when they were here. I feel like they provided me with great service and I would use them again.

The first time the locksmith came over, he knew right away that he wasn't going to be able to complete the job because he didn't have the necessary tool (a stucco saw). He called around to the other locksmiths and couldn't locate the tool, so we had to reschedule. On the rescheduled appointment, the same locksmith came, got right to work, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. It was a little frustrating to have to wait so long for the rescheduled appointment due to the lack of a seemingly basic tool, but otherwise I am completely satisfied with the quality, efficiency, professionalism, and price. Don's Key and Lock came with very high recommendations, and I can definitely see why.

It went fine. They called me 25 minutes before the locksmith arrived, giving me time to make sure I was at the house.

I love this company. We have used them several times now and they are always very prompt and punctual. They know what they are doing and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them.

The locksmith came after 9:30 am and finished up within 10 minutes. He was very professional and fixed the problems quickly.

We had fabulous service from Don's. It was easy to schedule (although the office ladies are a little abrupt) - they were available the next day - they came on time (with a 20 minute "they're about to be there" courtesy call) and performed the work. We needed a bunch of extra keys and they made those on the spot. The two back doors needed new locks so they had to order those parts. They called two days later and came that afternoon and installed them. They even pointed out that the outside door in our bedroom had a gold handle and lock while all the other handles in the bedroom were silver (which we hadn't yet noticed) so we replaced it with a silver one. One of the locks is old and has a sticking place, but they recommended we just oil it up instead of replacing the whole thing because the whole lock would be so expensive and it would still work fine.

It went very well. The assessment was thorough and helpful. Frank was the tech who handled my assessment. He was on time and professional; the assessment was free and he would not accept a tip for his time spent. I had difficulty rescheduling for the follow up services as the ladies at the central office were courteous but non committal about their tech's time...may have just been due to the busy holiday season. When I did get my serviced arranged, the tech was a bit late but when he got to work he was professional, accommodating, patient and efficient. He worked around several people in the house including tenants, and did a solid job. I felt very confident in the trustworthiness of all representatives...an important consideration when it comes to locksmiths!

Service was mediocre. When I made the appointment, I told them we would need to replace our patio door lock. They arrived but without the necessary lock. I scheduled another appointment but they were late. The locksmith had forgotten to bring the right lock and had to go back to get it.

Fast, professional, and friendly.

Christa was knowledgeable and helpful over the phone, assisting us in making choices about our current needs. She was able to make a same-day appointment for us (for a $10 off-hours charge because it was a Saturday), and Frankie arrived as planned and was also incredibly helpful. He was efficient and friendly. He was unable to do a backdoor re-key (because of the lock), but showed us how we could do it ourselves. He also showed us how to reset our garage door opener and change out a number of doorknobs in the house; in other words, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out!

Both men who visited were super- polite, did their work, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I am totally satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend the company or to use them again.

Arrived on time and did the work in a timely and professional manner. As an extra bonus, he also adjusted a deadbolt on the door that wasn't really working correctly. He was really friendly and gave instructions on using the new knob sets and maintenance. Finally, he lubricated all the locks. All the doors open and lock much better than before.

The locksmith that came to the house was very nice and patient. Did not charge for some work he did on an older lock that that was not working properly. Excellent job!
