See above. I do want to mention that the window treatments were expensive compared to what I had been expecting but I had picked out top of the line items. When the installer was putting the blinds in place he even commented that I had chosen "really excellent quality" blinds and that they were "top of the line".
Description of Work: The provider came to my home and worked with me to choose window treatments for 4 rooms in my home. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and the selection was excellent. The window treatments were ready within the specified time. I was especially pleased with the installer who was prompt, professional, and appreciative of the effort I had made to clear room for him to work. He didn't leave even the tiniest of messes and he took all of my old window treatments with him for disposal. Everything fit perfectly and was even more beautiful than I had hoped. The installer also took the time to show me twice how to use the blinds and how to keep them in excellent condition.

The draperies were too dark and we did not like them so we got new ones. It has taken a really long time to get replacements and they said that they will give us 50% off the new ones and I think they should be free since we did not like the first ones. We are a busy family so I would expect them to call us by now to get this all figured out. The price was high for me.

Very well. The decorator arrived on time for appointments, and was pleasant and responsive. Advised on type of shades best for each window. Stated opinion when asked, but did not "push" any item.
