Dazzling Cleaning AKA At Maid

Tried to charge me almost $300 for a trial cleaning! Very dishonest organization, will likely be shut down by the authorities

Please be aware of this fraudulent online cleaning company: "Dazzling Cleaning" formally known as "At Maid" based out of San Francisco. I have reported them to the BBB, the Washington State, California and US Attorney Generals. "Dazzling Cleaning" is the same fraudulent company as "At Maid" and just started the new version a few days ago due to all the negative publicity/reviews of their "At Maid" company. All of their 5 Star positive reviews on Facebook are from FAKE profiles. They advertise that you can get a cleaning for $19 on Facebook and Groupon. When you sign up for the $19 cleaning, you are automatically enrolled in a $39 monthly fee for a commitment of at least 6 months. If you try to cancel before 6 months, they charge you $99. They are not upfront with their $99 cancellation policy. They have many other hidden costs and they don't pay their cleaners the amount that they charge for each cleaner. Two cleaners did not show up before I tried to cancel. They do not post their phone number, email address and physical address on their ads or website, but after trying to contact them many times, I finally got some information about them: (844) 209-3111; 649 Mission Street #308, San Francisco, CA, 94105 and you can reach the same company by emailing their customer service agent at emma@atmaid.com or emma@dazzlingcleaning.com. After contacting the Washington State's Attorney General and BBB, the company finally canceled my membership without the cancellation fee. Many other people are facing the same problems, though. My concern is they will just continue to rename the company and start all over like they have already done. Please contact your state's Attorney General and the BBB if you have similar problems.
